- Shadow Kiss by Richelle Mead – Amazing book. I am almost finished but am dreading the end as I’ve read spoilers for the subsequent book… if I don’t read it, it will never happen, right?? Eep!
- The Line by Teri Hall – Dystopian YA for the win! This has been really good so far – and not a zombie in sight!
Finished this week:
- Lord of Scoundrels by Loretta Chase – Loved my short journey into the world of historical romance.
- Ondine by Ebony McKenna – Really funny, adorable YA/MG novel! I smiled the whole way through this!

I have yet to read a book by Michelle Mead. I have them on my shelf but no time to read them. I am looking forward to the time when I can devote time to reading titles from my bookshelf. I have heard so many great things about those books.

I am glad to hear that you liked Ondine. I have been interested in reading it for awhile. Shadow Kiss is one of my favorite Vampire Academy books. I only started this series recently and now I can’t wait to read Spirit Bound. I also inadvertently read spoilers before I even read Vampire Academy. I was reading reviews and not sure which book was first. The reviews made me want to read the series even though I already knew what was coming. I hope you enjoy the book anyway and keep reading the series.

@Stephanie – You should really get to Richelle Mead as soon as you can. She crafts arcs through her series that just take her work about 10x above most YA novels.
@Christina – In a way, I am glad I know how Shadow Kiss ends! Otherwise Mead might as well have taken my heart out and stabbed it… *sighs* On another note, Ondine is adorable. If you are looking for a quick, funny read – check it out!
